PEF will send $25 Target gift cards, on a first come, first served basis, to members from Region 1 who fill out a form <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pef.org\/blizzard-gift-card\/?link_id=1&amp;can_id=ca591c212e223248a17c2960ff0ba638&amp;source=email-pef-buffalo-blizzard-relief&amp;email_referrer=email_1816539&amp;email_subject=pef-buffalo-blizzard-relief\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">here<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and who are determined to be eligible. Once confirmed, the physical card will be mailed to a home address.
