Ballots will be mailed on Nov. 21, 2023, by AAA and must be returned to the address listed on the return envelope no later than 5 p.m. Dec. 13, 2023. Return in this case means, in hand, not date mailed or postmarked.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ballots will be counted on Dec. 14, 2023.
