\"RetroSeptember 15, 2026 —<\/em> PEF Members in the PS&T Unit will soon see the first economic benefit of the newly ratified 2026-2031 Collective Bargaining Agreement.<\/p>\n

The Office of the NYS Comptroller has released\u00a0Payroll Bulletin No. 2455<\/a>, which contains the following dates for your retroactive pay:<\/p>\n

Administration payroll: Sept. 23, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Institution payroll: Oct. 1, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Those paychecks will include the 4.5% salary increase the Contract Team negotiated on your behalf, from the present back to March 26, 2026, for Administration payroll and April 2, 2026, for Institution. The 4%, 3.5%, 3% and 3% raises that were negotiated for subsequent years will take effect in April 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030.<\/p>\n
