PEF members and retirees have a shot at attending the Buffalo Bills home game against the Cleveland Browns on November 20 if they do any of the following:
- Active members who start contributing to COPE at $5 per pay period;
- Active members who increase their COPE contribution by at least $2 per pay period;
- Retirees who start contributing to COPE at $10 per pension check;
