May 3, 2023 — Empire BlueCross Blue Shield and Ellis Medicine have reached an agreement ahead of the May 1, 2023 deadline, and Ellis facilities and services will remain in network for PEF members in the Empire Plan.
Those facilities include:

- Ellis Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility Unit
- Bellevue Woman’s Center in Niskayuna
- Medical Center of Clifton Park (Urgent Care)
